Did you know you could be penalized for not having a Privacy Policy on your website?
With the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in 2018, website privacy laws have been changing rapidly. These laws are designed to protect the privacy of users and to ensure that companies (like us) are transparent about how they (we) use data.
Having a privacy policy in place is essential for us to ensure that we are compliant with the GDPR and to protect user data. By making sure that we are transparent about how we use data, users can have peace of mind that their data is secure.

The thing is, don’t assume you can ignore these new laws and they don’t apply to you. It does. If you have an analytic plugin that tracks the number of people visiting your website or a contact me form so someone can communicate with you about XYZ, you need a privacy policy.
